Kristin attended Howard Early Development Center for Kindergarten, Cambridge Elementary and Alamo Heights Junior High School. She graduated from Alamo Heights High Schoolin May, 2001.
Kristin was extremely athletic and participated competively in swimming, softball, volleyball, basketball, and soccer. She had a blast being involved in powderpuff football
her junior year, especially since her team beat the seniors!
She was a beautiful girl who enjoyed popularity at school and was valued by her friends as someone who always listened without judgment and
preferred to protect the privacy of those who confided in her. Kristin wasn't afraid to be herself. She loved to dance, go to the lake,
keep a good tan, and go to a good party. She had a goofy, infectious laugh.
She loved animals and small children, had become spiritually inquisitive and connected, was called the "Ab Queen" by her friends because of
the toned, fit body she always worked to keep, and was lucky enough to have a committed love.
